Affiliate program terms

DLA Universal LLC d/b/a DLA Academy. These terms can change; we email affiliates before a change takes effect.

Earnings

Student sales: 25% (Starter), 30% (Pro, 15 or more paid sales in the last 90 days) or 35% (Elite, 50 or more), of the amount the buyer paid after discounts and before sales tax. Levels are set on the 1st of each month.
A personal rate agreed in writing applies instead when it pays more.
Schools, fleets and recruiters (seat orders on partners.academyofdla.com): 20% of each paid seat order in the 12 months after their first paid order. A lead you add is held for you for 60 days.
Credit: your link is remembered for 60 days on the visitor's browser; the most recent link counts. A code typed at checkout counts over a link. A student who buys through you credits you for their purchases for 12 months.
No credit for your own purchases, purchases with your email or card, or orders we refund or lose to a chargeback.

Each earning is pending for 30 days, then ready. On the 15th of each month we pay everything ready, if it is $25.00 or more, to the PayPal email or Venmo number on your account. Less rolls over.
A refund or chargeback after a payout is taken from your next payout.
We may ask for a W-9 (or W-8BEN) before paying once you approach the IRS reporting amount for the year.

Say you earn a commission wherever you share your link (FTC rules).
Do not call the courses "FMCSA approved" or "certified". They are FMCSA-registered (listed on the FMCSA Training Provider Registry).
No spam, no bidding on "DLA Academy" or similar terms in paid search, no coupon or deal sites, and no paying others to use your link.
Do not promise outcomes (passing a test, getting a job) or prices other than those on our site.
Breaking a rule cancels the earnings it touched and can close the account.
